Use the route that matches the type and stage of the record:
- For a county booking record, photograph, current roster entry, release record, or possible warrant, use the sheriff and the lookup paths on the Franklin County recent-arrests hub.
- For an Ozark or Charleston police incident report, contact the police department that made the arrest. Altus contact details should be confirmed through the city or sheriff before a request is sent.
- For a case filing, disposition, order, or court warrant, use Search ARCourts or the Franklin County Circuit Clerk. The clerk has separate Ozark and Charleston routes.
- For custody notifications, release, or transfer alerts, register through Arkansas VINE or VINELink. It is a status service, not a booking-photo archive.
- For a person serving an Arkansas prison sentence, search the Arkansas Division of Correction. County-jail detainees may not appear there.
- For federal prison custody or civil immigration detention, use the federal Bureau of Prisons or ICE locator, respectively.
